I was provided horrible service over the phone by a gentlemen who treated me as if he was doing me a favor by renting me a car. I needed a car that day as my car was in the body shop due to an accident that I did not cause. The other insurance was paying for the damages and rental. He continued to try to get me into a small sedan which would not work for my multiple car seats and he gave me a hard time about it as he was not listening to my needs. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that ultimately, I spoke to someone else who understood my needs. I am disappointed in Enterprise.
Great experience renting from this branch after I had to put my car in the body shop because of a deer strike. Their new employee Caitlin picked me up at the shop right on time, and gave me a great rate on a very nice rental. Enterprise, in my experience, has always been a superior rental car company.

I've used this office several times. I need to start timing them. I reserve my cars online, which speeds things up. I think they have gotten me out the door within five minutes before. They are always fast, friendly, and efficient. I've never had the smallest complaint about this place. The prices are even great. Highly recommended.
