Kelsey failed to communicate with me directly as a bridesmaid. She allowed someone else to have authorization to make business transactions with my bank card. I do not trust Kelsey, since she did not make a wise decision in contacting me first as the owner of the card. I would be careful ordering from Kelsey and this company. Looks like FRAUD. BEWARE!

We had a very positive experience using Brideside for our October 2017 wedding. I wanted to have my girls in matching dresses with different necklines and our stylist, Beth, helped us pick out a few options that complimented each other and looked great next to my bridal gown. We ordered the dresses from Chicago, Washington DC, and Boston, and they were all delivered with plenty of time to spare and without any problems! The website was very helpful too because it showed me who picked which dresses, and kept me updated on the status of everyone's orders. The dresses were affordable, compared to other places, and they all looked great at the wedding! I highly recommend Brideside, especially for wedding parties that are spread out over the country. If possible, though, I recommend going into one of their salons for an in-person appointment because we found that it was very helpful to see a few of the dress options up close, compare colors and cuts, and narrow our list down to a handful of dresses that the girls could then choose from. The dresses were of good quality and there was a decent selection to choose from. They are much better priced than some of the other stores in the mall. I will say that they all LOOK like run-of-the-mill typical bridesmaid dresses, but that's the point of it I guess. Their online store is also easy to browse to get an idea ahead of time.
