The supervisor sent me the following response: I really appreciate your e-mail, however, I was in the salon and was immediately aware of the issue. Our manager, Cindy Dean was also aware of what transpired. Thank you, again, for your concern.
I have been a client of theirs for over 20 years and have been seeing the same stylist for about 15 years. They are bit expensive for a men's haircut but the stylist does a good job and she knows how I like the cut to come out which means I don't have to give her instructions. She learned and rembered how I wanted it done after the first couple of visits and after that I have not had to give any further instructions. I like that.
I and my family have been coming here for years. We've had haircuts, color, keratin treatments and facials. I have never, ever been disappointed and always leave feeling beautiful. All the staff are courteous and polite. Highly recommend!
Normally I have a great experience with my regular stylist, Fary, but on a certain day, Fary and I were mistreated by another stylist, Sharleen.
I go to Eclipse for my hair and to color my lashes. Excellent service for both! My Hair Guru is fantastic and knows how to do my hair to perfection and always treat me fantastic. The ladies that shampoo and rinse are also great and the rest of the staff has always been service oriented and very professional. Thumbs Up!
Hopefully this situation was rectified, so other clients do not experience the mistreatment from Sharleen.
I requested something to be done about Sharleen and her inconsiderate behavior. The general manager sent me the following response: I am embarrassed that this happened in front of you and want to truly apologize for this inconsiderate behavior! I want to assure you that I will be talking to Sharleen about this first thing tomorrow. That is not the way we operate here at Eclips and are a very close family. I am not sure what happened but will find out. Thank you again for letting me know and again I can't apologize enough for having you experience this during your time with us.
I arrived for my appointment with Fary before 530pm and was seated at the end near the woven divider. Ten minutes into the appointment, Fary was half complete in coloring my roots when Sharleen asked three times if Fary could either move my chair over or move to another chair so Sharleen’s client could sit between me and the other client on the end. Sharleen was very abrupt and Fary kindly asked her to sit her client in the two open chairs near the beverage machine. She refused. I said I was seated first and told Sharleen she was not courteous to customers and her fellow stylist. She proceeded to walk away with a huff. Sharleen was a poor example of good customer service. Fary gently escorted me to another chair.
I have been coming to Eclips for waxing with Shahin for over 10 years. She is the absolute best. I've never had a faster or more thorough waxing with anyone else. I also have been seeing Mary for my hair color & cut and she is phenomenal!
