I've been to other Pandora stores and have amazing service. Just a little shocked with the poor service this store had. Not greeting customers has they walk in, or asking them if they need help. Instead having the customer looking at the employees as they have personal conversations, then finally asking if the customer needed help.
Competent, patient, and immediately available to help during an off-peak visit. Much less pushy than some Pandora stores or other jewelers I've visited to find charms. Convenient, no complaints.
Very slow. Could not answer a question: What is Pandora? Chatting with each other in other language while working with a customer. Not attentive. I really wanted to buy more charms, no suggestions were made.
In DC for the weekend. Stopped into the srore to get a charm. The service was outstanding. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of my best experiences at a Pandora store. Artee, the manager is delightful. Highly recommend!
