My husband went into the store today 11/1/17 around 11:00 am he brought my i phone 7 in because I had an audio issue I couldn’t hear and people couldn’t hear me while talking! So The employee ran the diagnostics and everything failed he said he will get the the tech to blow air in it and if it fails he will get him a replacement so he went in the back and blew air in the phone and it failed again! So then he said he will put a part on it it will take several hours but my husband had to work so he couldn’t wait! So I set up an appointment for the Apple store Montgomery mall and guess what I walk out in less than 15 minutes with a brand new replacement! The moral of the story is I am a Caucasian woman and he is a big African American man he always has a problem when he goes to Apple and it’s so sad! Every time I go and my phones messed up I get a replacement no issues! I did not get the employee name but he has short red hair with big black glasses! I will be going there tomorrow to let them no that’s not how u treat people! Apple store Tyson’s is racist!!

Today I was observing really disrespectful behavior from the employees of this Apple store:

I made a walk in appointment and was greeted by incredible staff. Laura helped me begin my reboot of my phone and went to help another customer. She noticed I was waiting for a little while by myself and got someone to help me until she was done with the other customer, who seemed to be giving her a hard time. She was extremely attentive and personable. She very quickly finished up my issue with my device and went out of her way to make sure I was ok. Thank you Laura and the Apple staff!

I understand that the marketing strategy of Apple is to safe the scarcity of the product in the market for as long as it is possible. Everyone knows that the lines are created, only by using scarcity method, Apple never delivers enough numbers of iPhones, just about 10-20 phones per store. Apple is using people that are forced to stand in the line for hours to artificially make a product look more valuable. This is not a trustworthy relationship between Apple and their clients that everyone is already used to.

Walked out today with a brand new MacBook Pro + extra freebies that the team gifted me with. You guys are great! Go see John if you need anything Apple related!

If you like to experience the worst experience at an Apple store, please come to this store. I was greeted at the front of the store by an Apple Retail Specialist who directed me to the Apple Specialist at the table with Apple watches. While at the table with the watches, I waited over an hour for service. The Apple Specialist knew I was there as I was standing across the table from him. He never once acknowledged me. He walked away and avoided making eye contact with me. I had to flag him down in order for him to wait on me. Even when I did, he made excuses to delay waiting on me.

For me, as a frequent user of Apple, it offensive to see so disrespect towards the clients.

I am a very loyal Apple user but I'm sorry to see how, while creating hype around new iPhone, the company Apple is ready to forget about the respect towards the clients.

When the store has just opened, in the line for the new iPhone was about eighty people, many of those people were asking how many phones are in stock, but the employees were ignoring this question. In the result, the entire line was waiting for 40 minutes while employees were working with first 10 people, afterward, employees went out to announce that the phones are sold out. This way, employees were keeping the line as an advertising of their store on purpose, knowing that there will be enough phone only for first few people when the other part of the line was waiting with no purpose.
