Tried to charge me $65 to replace worn wire shielding on headphones I spent $150 on. Poor durability. Poor policy for customer service. I had already spent an additional $30 on the earbud that have rubber that breaks after a month or two. Then they try to sell you a warranty for $30 that should be free. They try to sell it on the replacement headphones you pay $65. So if I replace and buy the headphones I'd be all in at $245.00. For one lousy set of headphones.
Seriously there are better less expensive options. BOSE deserves every word if this review. I rarely write them.
Fantastic customer service. I found the service I received to be unsatisfactory so I decided to give the store a try. My issue was solved immediately at the store. Went back another time to make an exchange and again the people were outstanding and informative.
As expected a GREAT experience today at the Bose Showcase store in Tyson's Corner, Virginia. The newly released "Hearphones" are the business!!! Most big box retailers won't have all of the in depth "product knowledge" or even the ability to demo the full feature set of a Bose product due to selling so many competing brands. Save yourself the time, money and effort wasted elsewhere and make an informed purchase directly at/with Bose!! Thank you Bose Showcase store in Tyson's Corner VIrginia.

I had some issues with my relatively new QC35 headphones. Took them in and was given a new pair with no issues at all. Very refreshing to have the confidence in a product where they'll replace something so quickly and easily.
